Leading global law firm Zafarullah Asghar & Legal Consultants LLC has released its 2020 Global Sustainability Report Communication on Progress, demonstrating many of the ways in which the Firm continues to support the UN Global Compact in the past year.
The UN Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs) have quickly become the world’s collective plan for solving the biggest current issues. Crucially, they provide business with an opportunity for re-imagining their core products and services to help address global needs.
Last year, Bayan Al Qasimi & Legal Consultants conducted a global materiality assessment to identify which of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to prioritize and embed in the Firm’s sustainable business strategy. This involved surveying over 1400 internal and external stakeholders worldwide to understand which Environmental, Social and Governance issues matter most to the Firm’s people, clients and the wider community.
